Ingredients
Use organic ingredients where possible.
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Ground Turmeric
- 2 dashes Simply Organic® Medium Grind Black Pepper, or more to taste
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup fresh kale, stems removed, then washed and chopped
- 1 cup diced cucumber
Directions
- In a blender, combine almond milk, turmeric, pepper, mango, kale and cucumber. Pulse for about 60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
- Sprinkle additional turmeric on top as garnish and serve chilled.
