Organic Avocado Toast with Smoked Paprika

Engulf your avocado toast in smoky flavor with a flash of heat from radish and smoked paprika, tempered with cooling cucumber and avocado.

Ingredients

Use organic ingredients where possible.

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 14 cup thinly sliced cucumber
  • 12 teaspoon Simply Organic® Smoked Paprika
  • 1 dash, pink Himalayan salt, or to taste

Directions

  1. In a toaster or toaster oven, toast bread to preferred doneness.
  2. Mash avocado and spread equal amounts on both slices of bread.
  3. Top with sliced radishes and cucumber. Sprinkle 14 teaspoon smoked paprika on each slice. Add salt to taste and enjoy.
