Organic Avocado Toast with Smoked Paprika
Engulf your avocado toast in smoky flavor with a flash of heat from radish and smoked paprika, tempered with cooling cucumber and avocado.
MAKES: 2 servings
Use organic ingredients where possible.
- 2 slices whole grain bread
- 1 avocado
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1⁄4 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Simply Organic® Smoked Paprika
- 1 dash, pink Himalayan salt, or to taste
- In a toaster or toaster oven, toast bread to preferred doneness.
- Mash avocado and spread equal amounts on both slices of bread.
- Top with sliced radishes and cucumber. Sprinkle 1⁄4 teaspoon smoked paprika on each slice. Add salt to taste and enjoy.
